Trinetra Tours Reviews
Indonesia

“Expect the unexpected....in beautiful ways!”
For first-timers, India means adventurous, challenging, daunting and sometimes shocking. And we're glad that we have Trinetra as our partner when having India tour. From their first Namaste, Tapas and his team members have demonstrated heartfelt attitude that is seldom to find. We thought it's their pride of being an Indian that gave abundant energy to their work. Then followed by deeply-rooted knowledge about culture and history, best practice of tour handling and most important, a thorough understanding of how-to-manage-your-customers. They love to bring the best of Indian beauty to the world. They pack local taste in international standard. To sum up, it's all about one thing, they have passion....and that's what we're truly looking for! We have personally written a feedback email to Tapas, but we think it would be very beneficial to others if we share some highlights of our trip in this coloumn. Our trip consists of four places: Delhi, Amritsar, Kashmir and Mumbai, completed in fourteen days. It's indeed a customized private tour, as Tapas wanted us to feel the spice of India that suits our interests. Here's the following feedback we wrote him :- In terms of tour package, nobody could deny the attraction of Kashmir. This enchanting beauty definitely has all the charms to win tourists' hearts. With most limitation (less mobile network, difficult internet connection, security issues and less educated people), Kashmir still deserves its triumph as one of the most paradise on earth! One thing that we like most about Kashmir is its local people. We mean, the true innocent local people that are proud to be Kashmiri, like the owner of houseboat, our driver, and many local people we met on the street. Too bad, our guide doesn't belong to that group. He was incompetent, didn't know how to behave properly when he was with us and developed his personal interest to 'push' us to places or activities that may create advantage for him and ignore our personal interest. Thank's to Trinetra, they have acted accordingly to dismiss the guide.- In the opposite, Mumbai tour seemed to be the best among others. Although we didn't like the city that much (well....it's a matter of our preferences, we like Kashmir and Amritsar better than Mumbai and Delhi), we had to admit that Garha travel did their job very well. The car was nice and convinient, the driver was friendly and helpful, the Residensy Hotel was clean and located in the downtown, and the guide....oh she's the nicest! Very polite, she catered all our need promptly. And she demonstrated a great knowledge about the city. Listening to her stories about Mumbai is like having a great afternoon tea at Taj....haha....a very precious moment!- In terms of uniqueness, Amritsar has it all. Visiting Golden Temple and flag ceremony at the border is one of the most exciting experience. The guide showed a very good attitude. No complaint at all.- Not much to tell about Delhi's city tour....good car, good driver, competent guide.....the only problem is the guide's personal interest to push us to exchange money to his friend. Above all, we could conclude that the most uncontrollable aspect that may ruin everything (particularly in hospitality service) is the man's attitude. We mean, despite all the beauty that nature may give, or the luxury of car or hotels, you just need only slightly negative behavior or attitude and wups....all the beauty was completely erased! And you can say, bad things happened unexpectedly. Therefore, the most important thing is to develop a keen problem-solving skills to turn the bad thing into good ones.....and Trinetra has done it perfectly! Bravo Trinetra, keep up the good work!PS: our deepest sympathy for Delhi bomb blast several days ago..keep the faith, India. Our prays and hearts are with you.
