Trinetra Tours is AMAZING!
Trinetra Tours was an excellent company to work with from planning to execution of our family’s December trip to India. From the start they were extremely responsive to all my questions during the planning phase and ensured that any request or addition was included in our itinerary. Upon arrival in India we were warmly welcomed with garlands and taken to our first hotel! We visited 5 cities on this trip and in each city we were welcomed by a city rep who was our main point of contact for that city and a driver. Not one of these drivers was ever late to pick us up, and they were always patiently waiting for us to arrive. Our guides were all excellent and English speaking, and we all learned so much about India’s rich history during our trip. All our hotels were excellent, but especially the Leela in Udaipur, which we booked at the recommendation of Trinetra. I think the best indication of a great travel agent is not so much when everything is going well, but more so how they deal with things that don’t go well. During our trip, one of our flights was cancelled due to fog, when I called the Trinetra team, they all got on the phone to help me figure out our best option. Once we decided on car transport, they promptly arranged two cars to take us and our luggage to Jaipur. Most passengers were still waiting around trying to figure out a new plan when our two cars showed up to get us on our way to the next destination. In this difficult situation that was driven by weather and completely out of their control, Trinetra totally came through for my family and we couldn’t have been more grateful. The whole two-week journey was excellent from start to finish, and we will definitely be using Trinetra again for our next journey to India. We thank them for their excellent service and encourage anyone interested in planning a luxurious and memorable trip to India to work with this amazing travel company.
