Trip of a Lifetime
My family recently returned from a 2 week adventure in India. After a several decade hiatus from India, I wanted to experience it with my husband and two teen children who had never been. Trinetra Tours came highly recommended from several physician colleagues and they did not disappoint. Mr Tapas and his team were wonderful to work with from the moment I first made contact.Mr Tapas helped us create an itinerary that wove us through a large part of North India, from Rajasthan to UP. He worked with me to customize a variety of activities that allowed us to experience the rich history, culture, architecture, art, food and nature each destination had to offer. Hehelped us choose beautiful heritage and boutique hotels that each had their unique styles.The team (led by Mr Mahendra) was easy and pleasant to correspond with.Our travels were worry free from the moment we landed in Delhi to when we took off 2 weekslater.Parveen, our lead host based in Delhi, was helpful along every step of the way. He picked us up at the airport, and along every stop of our trip, communicated who our driver and hostguide would be in each city, checking in to make sure we didn’t need anything.Travel in India can seem daunting for even the most seasoned traveler, but Trinetra Tours and their team made sure everything went smoothly. Our drivers, city hosts and guides were first rate. They were always prompt and friendly. The guides were extremely knowledgeable about the history of the region and kept the entire family engaged and interested. We have to recognize Mr Joshi, our driver for a large portion of the trip, who was especially kind and caring. We were so sad to say goodbye!During our two week adventure, we got to see so many historic palaces and forts. We hiked, biked, played with elephants, safari’ed through the Rajasthani jungle and saw a tiger and leopard up close. We got to see the Majestic Taj Mahal, Red Fort, ride through Chandni Chowk by rickshaw, and experience the holy Ganga Aarti.We can’t thank Mr Tapas and his team enough for making this trip of a lifetime so special. When we explore South India in the future, Mr Tapas will be my first call.
